Healing Arts Coalition Conference

Artists, therapists, patients and caregivers are invited to the 6th annual community conference to learn more about Creative Art Therapy. A Morristown Medical Center physician will lead one of the conference sessions. Last year, Dr. Christopher Lynch discussed calming techniques using art and art therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Lilly Ribeiro, Ricardo Pena and Petra Pankow will lead a panel on the Bridges program at Montclair Art Museum, an intergenerational arts program that brings together people with Alzheimer's and dementia and middle school students for interactive explorations of artwoks, storytelling, and creative expression.

The free day-long conference, which is held at the Montclair Art Museum in New Jersey.
